Do you think depression carries stigma? My daughter is 14 , almost 15 and she is beginning to take on signs of depression. I want to help support her in creating and cultivating a healthy lifestyle and it seems a healthy lifestyle is a path to a fulfilled, joyful, content existence I just do not want to dwell on depression.
